These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of heating system installation services by Jomiti to any customer who places an order through our website or otherwise engages our services. By instructing Jomiti to carry out work, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before booking an installation.
Jomiti provides installation of heating systems to residential and commercial customers. Our registered business address and contact details are as follows:
Any notice, complaint or query relating to these Terms or to services provided should be sent to the email address above, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
An order for installation services may be requested through our website, by telephone or by email. A request for a quotation does not constitute a binding contract. A contract between you and Jomiti is only formed once we have issued written confirmation of the scope of work, the agreed price and the proposed installation date, either by email or in a signed written agreement.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when placing an order, including site access details, property specifications and contact information, is accurate and complete. Jomiti reserves the right to decline or amend an order where a site survey reveals that the requested work is not feasible as originally described.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and, unless stated otherwise, include the supply of materials, labour and standard installation work specified in the written quotation. Prices exclude any additional work identified only once installation has begun, such as unforeseen structural modifications, which will be communicated to you and agreed before proceeding.
Payment terms will be set out in the confirmation of order. Typically, a deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by the methods stated on our invoices. Title to installed equipment passes to you upon full payment.
If you are a consumer contracting with us at a distance or off-premises, you generally have the right to cancel within 14 days of order confirmation under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you request that installation begin before this period ends, you acknowledge that you may lose the right to cancel once the work is substantially performed, and you may be liable to pay for services already provided.
To cancel, please notify us in writing at [email protected] or by telephone at +44 161 304 8771, stating your order details and the date of confirmation.
If you are dissatisfied with the installation work or any aspect of our service, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the issue. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe, and where appropriate, arrange for remedial work to be carried out. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you retain your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to have services performed with reasonable care and skill.
Jomiti will perform all installation work with reasonable care and skill in accordance with applicable UK standards. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from the services is limited to the value of the contract price paid for the relevant work.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income or business interruption, except where such exclusion is not permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law.
Our website sets only one cookie, named privacy_state, which stores your consent choice for a period of one year. No analytics, tracking or session cookies are used on this site. Personal data you provide when placing an order is processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. Should you have concerns about how your data is handled that we cannot resolve, you may contact the Information Commissioner's Office, the supervisory authority for data protection in the United Kingdom.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence.
